The artist finds a point of equilibrium in the arrow, so that the arrow no longer becomes a force in a single direction, thus transforming it into a balanced structure in a state of suspension. At the same time, the artist suspended it from a bar in the park. The bar itself creates a visually and physically balanced and stable relationship to produce another relatively balanced relationship influenced by randomly generated forces around it.

The two balances are both conflicting and mutually constructive. The artist wishes to interpret the 'third balance' in terms of a relationship between the forces that form each other: a balance constructed on top of the balance and a logically fictitious balance born from the combination of the former.
