On April 13, 2024, Zhou Yuyue's solo exhibition "PARADISE" opened at Hiart Space 798. The exhibition features over 20 recent works by the artist Zhou Yuyue.
PARADISE Originating from vague memories of childhood, I interpret some of the scenes and characters that have become blurred and fragmented in my mind as reflections of my childhood self. 「Paradise」 serves as a compensation for the time that has passed. It perhaps not just a collection of joy, but also a pseudo-utopia pieced together from absurd and scattered fragments of memories.
