The first part is a wearable mask installation with a mirror on the back of the mask, which changes the way of viewing, facing others and at the same time reflecting on oneself, like a kind of self-projection in interpersonal interaction. The images of the masks are reproduced from the image of one's own face, consciously bringing oneself into the works as the protagonist who participates in the wearing of the masks. In reflecting this part of "self-vision" or "self-projection", the mirror plays a direct role in the visual effect, reflecting the emotional message conveyed by the wearer's own facial expression in the moment. To the outside world, the mask is more like a barrier, relatively objective and stable and kept at a distance, and in social relationships, it can be a self-protection or a polite gesture

Arm

Green wax‭, ‬Spray paint‭, ‬Brass solder

The second part is a wearable arm device, which still visualizes the distance between people from the physical space level, representing the social distance among the safe distance between people.

The body image of this wearable device comes from the "I" itself, a pair of "I" hands are reproduced in wax, and the right hand, which plays a social role in daily life, is chosen as the main object of the device. The "hand" plays many key roles in daily social activities, such as "shaking hands", "greeting", etc. Therefore, I chose the gesture of reaching out to represent a daily social form.
