Oil on canvas, Mirror, Quartz sand

100*160cm

The relationship between internal emotions and external states is one of mutual balance. I integrate fluid gender and intertwined emotional experiences into my art, embracing different characteristics within gender fluidity and viewing them as the "blurred" parts of my self-perception. Corresponding to my expanding consciousness and perception, they become new "self-portraits." The black cat and flowers in my paintings often serve as my perspective and metaphors for observing the world.

In my creative process, I particularly enjoy crafting diverse textures in my imagery. Materials such as mirrors, quartz sand, and parchment paper are present in my compositions, influenced by my undergraduate studies in sculpture. I endeavor to create new visual effects and even spatial dimensions within a two-dimensional space. Each element in my artwork is closely tied to my current perceptions and states of being.
