I did a manicure with the text "I have a kind of qi, called masculine qi". As my nails slowly grow, I cut them off until they disappear and return to their original appearance. There is a conflicting relationship between nail art and my masculine identity. Through the act of cutting my nails, which is a daily occurrence, I generate physical exertion while dissolving my emotional distress.
